Quota
Pipeline hygiene and stalled-deal watch
Walks Salesforce each evening, kills zombie close dates, and leaves a five-deal watch list with the next human move.
What this Bot does
Quota is the closer’s overnight ops partner. It reviews open opportunities over a dollar threshold, checks the last activity date, and compares the close date to the last real customer touch. Deals with no activity in 14 days, a close date in the past, or a next step of “follow up” get a watch-list row.
For each flagged deal it pulls the last Gong call summary (if one exists) and writes a suggested next move in the rep’s voice: a recap email, a pricing question, or a request to recycle the lead. It does not edit Salesforce until a human says the change is right.
How to brief it
Drop a saved Salesforce list of open opps, the stage definitions your team actually uses, and three examples of a good next-step note. Tell Quota which fields are sacred (amount, close date, next step) and which it may draft.
A useful first task:
Review open opps above $15k. Skip anything with activity in the last 3 days. For the five most stalled deals, write: why it looks stalled, last customer proof, and a draft next step. Do not update Salesforce.
Approval boundary
Quota may read CRM and call recordings. Stage changes, close-date edits, and outbound mail wait for the owner.
Keep the pipeline honest. Flag stalled deals and propose the next step. Never change stage or send outreach without approval.
