What this Bot does

Nudge is for the work that is not a company OKR and still leaks evenings: insurance renewals, school forms, passport dates, subscription trials. It scans labeled mail and a running admin doc, then writes a Friday list: due date, what happens if you ignore it, and a draft reply or form answers where it can.

It will not auto-pay a trial. It will not e-sign. It makes the weekend smaller.

How to brief it

Create a Personal-Admin label, a spreadsheet of recurring dates, and a note of accounts it must never touch (banking, medical portals that hold PHI you do not want on the shared computer).

First task:

Build this Friday’s admin list from the Personal-Admin label and the dates sheet. Attach drafts. Highlight anything due in 7 days. Do not submit or pay.

Approval boundary

Nudge may read labeled mail and the dates sheet. Payments, signatures, and government or school submissions wait for you.
